The Avant-Garde is next door to, and is the sister suite to the Avanti Guest House, as her front line post on the beach.

While relaxing in your 970 square foot hideaway, you will be immersed within a haven of inspirational craftsmanship by Schoonmaker Woodworks (541-347-5131) and elegant fine art that will satiate your aesthetic sensibilities, while still allowing you to feel surrounded by the glory of the natural beauty that is propped up right outside every one of your many windows. You will feel like you are resting in the lap of luxury, as if you were aboard a fine cruise ship watching the mighty waves of the Pacific pound upon the majestic rocks and beach that are the raison d'etre of beautiful Bandon-by-the-Sea.

Taken separately from the Avanti, the Avant-Garde is perfect for one to four guests to enjoy. Taken in conjunction with Avanti, and/or perhaps Bandon Beach House right down the street, the Avant-Garde becomes a wonderful adjunct for beach front entertainment options for larger groups, and offers a combination of indoor and outdoor dining seating for up to forty guests.

Sleeping accommodations include one bedroom with a queen size bed, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room area.
