The B/P Sundeck is located in a nice quiet cul-de-sac off Beach Loop Drive. The newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath house with garage is perfect for friends and family to gather at the coast to enjoy Bandon-By-The-Sea.
All three bedrooms have brand new queen mattresses and bedding. In the main bathroom you can melt your aches and pains away in the new claw-footed soaking tub. The master bedroom also has a new queen bed and the master bath has a wonderful walk-in shower suitable for handicapped guests.
Friends and family have plenty of room to gather in the great room with fan and cathedral ceilings where the kitchen, dining and livingroom all open together. You can view the ocean from the dining area and the kitchen. There is central heating and air, Cable TV, WiFi and DVD player.
There is plenty of room around the large dining table for all guests. The kitchen has all new appliances and is stocked with dishes, serving, cook and beverageware.
When the weather allows you can BBQ on the glassed-in deck with a propane grill and plenty of seating around the deck table.
Right outside the deck is the path winding through Face Rock lookout point to the beach. There is also a fenced in yard where you could play volleyball, croquet, bocce ball, etc.
The two car garage houses a brand new washer and dryer for your use.

Summer Special: Stay for 7 nights and the cleaning fee will be waived. Reservations for less than 7 nights will include a $50 cleaning fee.
