This stunning month to month rental with a minimum of 30 days stay is near the corner of Ocean Drive and Beach Loop Drive. Each of the three bedrooms have private doors leading out to the wrap around deck with panoramic view. You will be renting the entire third floor of this spacious home.

Everything in this fine home is large: the fully equipped kitchen, TV viewing area, conversation area, dining and gathering table, and the three bedrooms. Washer and dryer are included in the rental. This is one of the larger homes in beautiful Bandon. There is both forced air heating and a pellet stove. The entire home is clean, bright and airy in feeling.

Access to the third floor is via stairs in the rear of the building or via an elevator located within the first floor east lobby. City library, Coquille Point lookout, Jetty area and Coquille Point Beach access are all within a short five minute walk from this property.

From June 1st through September 30th (in season) the monthly rental price is $3,500 per month.

From October 1st through May 31st (off season) the monthly rental price is $3,000 per month.

Long term leases are available. Pets ok with additional deposit of $250 if applicable.

No Bandon's Transient Occupancy tax however there is a one time $25 handling fee.
