Triton amenities:

1. Four brand new 52-inch Samsung LCD TVs with DirecTV-HDR package with HD Channels such as CNN, CNBC, ESPN, NFL Network, Golf Channel, Fox Business News, TNT, USA and many more. One 40" LCD TV with DVD player (or hook up your gaming device such as Xbox, etc.).
2. All bedrooms are furnished with brand new comfy California king-sized Tempur-Pedic beds—seven in total (not just toppers) to optimize your ultimate luxurious vacation experience—only at this Triton vacation property—you deserve the best! (Yes, all the beds are Tempur-Pedic beds, no exception!!)
3. Unlimited long-distance calling within the United States.
4. Brand new unlimited satellite internet, with the highest possible speed (1.5MB download) from WildBlue. The Wi-Fi internet covers every corner of the house. Renters can enjoy surfing on the Internet with unsurpassed angulated ocean view, sunset view and even whale watching. There is also a four-port wired router if you need a wired connection.
5. Brand new, fully functional work station has been added. This includes a brand new PC with two 27-inch LCD monitors which have Microsoft Windows Vista, Word, Power Point, Excel, etc. all installed. Also, a brand new all-in-one laser multi-function machine for FAX, copies, and scanning. If you so desire, you can finish your work while on vacation, have your kids enjoy gaming, simply forget about bringing your laptop or enjoy the fact that many people can be online with their laptops all at the same time!
6. Free unlimited full body massage chair (including your tired legs and feet from golfing or beachcombing) is provided. What's more relaxing after a long drive to Bandon or a full day on the golf course?
7. The view of this property has been drastically improved through the trimming and removal of trees that had previously partially blocked the spectacular ocean, beach, forest and horizon views.
8. A new water system has been installed to provide fresh tasting water.
9. Newly renovated wider walking path directly to miles of beach.
10. Pets welcome, but 2 pets maximum, with a $500 deposit per stay, with a $50 per pet per stay. $2000 pre-locked credit card required. Also a $200 additional cleaning fee applies per stay. Renters must agree to pay for the cost of any damage from a pet plus 3 days of rent ($350/night) to allow time for the repairs to be made.
11. Violence, disrupting noise, or damage are not allowed.
12. No Fireworks or dangerous activity will be tolerated.
13. Smoking is only allowed outside the house or on the deck.
