November & December Base Rate: $550.00 per night
All significant holiday dates have a 4-night minimum and are $50 more than Base Rate per night, including Bandon's Cranberry Festival and Spring Break dates for schools within driving range.
All other Fridays and Saturdays are $30 more than Base Rate per night.
This golfers' destination has been newly remodelled in 2023! The wonderful new kitchen/dining room/living room has been
significantly expanded with a lot more space. The kitchen now has an island and all new appliances. Also, both the first
and second floors have new floors and new paint.
The Avanti Beach House is located right next to a state park, and has views of the beach to the south and west, as well as
easy access to the beach through the park.
There are three separate spaces which provide plenty of privacy including six separate sleeping areas. Down on the patio we have
a wonderful outdoor fireplace and grill. And the beach and a state park are just a few steps away!
"Avanti" is a friendly greeting used in Italy, when someone arrives at your door, to say "come in right
now"—and we want you to do just that. We want our home to feel like it's your home, too. We have been tremendously
blessed by the natural beauty surrounding the Avanti Beach House and we wish to share it with others who appreciate it, too.
We appreciate our guests and consider many to be friends. We hope you will "come on in" and enjoy and love our home

No smoking
A maximum of 2 pets allowed in this home. All allowed pets must be dogs.
If you bring pets, you must:
get prior approval from the property manager.
bring your pets’ own bedding.
keep your pet off the furniture, unless you bring a furniture cover.
never leave your pet unattended anywhere on the property, inside or outside the house.
make sure your pets flea treatment is up to date.
wipe your pet down when returning from the beach before allowing it back into the house.
1.5% State of Oregon Tourism tax applies.
There is a processing fee on all reservations.
A separate one time $395.00 cleaning fee applies to this vacation rental.
Cancellation policy (Updated 6/9/2026):
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 91 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 31 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
For cancellations made within 31 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
