All significant holiday dates are $50 more than Base Rate per night, including Bandon's Cranberry Festival and Spring Break dates for schools within driving range.
All other Fridays and Saturdays are $30 more than Base Rate per night.

A beautiful furnished custom-built home with expansive open floor plan with just a short walk to a fantastic Pacific Ocean beach. (This is the same beach where Circles in the Sand is presented.) The house has a spacious and bright kitchen with granite counter tops, a cook island and a large garden window. It has luxurious wood and tile floors, high vaulted ceilings, and a designer gas fireplace. 1679 sq. ft., 2 bedrooms/2 baths. Double car garage, low maintenance landscaping, fenced yard. Upstairs bedroom and bath has private access option.

This house offers a 7% discount on 7-night stays.

11% Bandon Transient Occupancy and State of Oregon Tourism tax applies.
There is a processing fee on all reservations.

Cancellation policy:

All stays over 10 days require a 25% non-refundable deposit.
If your stay is less than 30 days and you cancel more than 30 days before your check-in, you will get a full refund of your charges with the exception of the 25% non-refundable deposit and the processing fees.
If your stay is less than 30 days and you cancel between and including 15 to 30 days before your check-in, we will refund 50% of your charges with the exception of the processing fees.
If your stay is less than 30 days and you cancel within the two weeks prior to your arrival, you will not receive a refund.
If your stay is longer than 30 days and you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund of your charges with the exception of the 25% non-refundable deposit and the processing fees.
If your stay is longer than 30 days and you cancel within 30 days of your stay, you will not receive a refund for the first 30 days of your stay.
The exception to these cancellation policies is that any rebooked days after a cancellation will be refunded with the exception of the 25% non-refundable deposit and the processing fees.
