All significant holiday dates have a 4-night minimum and are $50 more than Base Rate per night, including Bandon's Cranberry Festival and Spring Break dates for schools within driving range.
All other Fridays and Saturdays are $30 more than Base Rate per night.

3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths—Sleeps 10

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is on a bluff that overlooks the ocean. And with a path leading down to the beach, the ocean is just steps away.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and a sitting area with a double-sized futon. The other two bedrooms have either a queen-sized bed or 2 twin-sized beds. There is also a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room that has an innerspring mattress.

The two bathrooms both have showers and one also has a tub. The mud room is very big and has laundry facilities. The large kitchen has a dishwasher. Add Wi-Fi to the list of amenities and the ability to park up to 4 cars here and everyone should be happy.

No smoking

A maximum of 2 pets allowed in this home. All allowed pets must be dogs.

If you bring pets, you must:

• get prior approval from the property manager.
• bring your pets’ own bedding.
• keep your pet off the furniture, unless you bring a furniture cover.
• never leave your pet unattended anywhere on the property, inside or outside the house.
• make sure your pets' flea treatment is up to date.
• wipe your pet down when returning from the beach before allowing it back into the house.

11% Bandon Transient Occupancy and State of Oregon Tourism tax applies.
There is a processing fee on all reservations.
A separate one time $175 cleaning fee applies to this vacation rental.

Cancellation policy:

• Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
• Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
• Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
• For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
• Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
