No pets
No smoking
1.5% State of Oregon Tourism tax applies.
There is a processing fee on all reservations.
A separate one-time $165 cleaning fee applies to this vacation rental.
Cancellation policy (Updated 6/9/2026):
- One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 91 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
- Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
- Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 31 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
- For cancellations made within 31 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
- Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
