Winter Base Rate: $325.00 per night
March & April Base Rate: $375.00 per night
May Base Rate: $450.00 per night
June through September Base Rate: $600.00 per night
October Base Rate: $450.00 per night
November Base Rate: $375.00 per night

All significant holiday dates have a 4-night minimum and are $50 more than Base Rate per night, including Bandon's Cranberry Festival and Spring Break dates for schools within driving range.
All other Fridays and Saturdays are $30 more than Base Rate per night.

This house offers a 7% discount on 7-night stays.

This rental offers high-speed Internet access and cable TV with 160 channels.

No smoking

A maximum of 2 pets allowed in this home. All allowed pets must be dogs.

If you bring pets, you must:

get prior approval from the property manager.
bring your pets’ own bedding.
keep your pet off the furniture, unless you bring a furniture cover.
never leave your pet unattended anywhere on the property, inside or outside the house.
make sure your pets' flea treatment is up to date.
wipe your pet down when returning from the beach before allowing it back into the house.

Breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean! Four bedrooms—sleeps eight comfortably. Family room, dining room, kitchen, and large living room complete with an electric fireplace! If it gets too windy on our coast for you, you and your family can curl up by the fire and laugh, play games or just relax the night away while the fire warms the house and your hearts. There is one king, three queens, and one twin bed.

11% Bandon Transient Occupancy and State of Oregon Tourism tax applies.
There is a processing fee on all reservations.
A separate one-time $275 cleaning fee applies to this vacation rental.

Cancellation policy:

Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
