All significant holiday dates have a 4-night minimum and are $50 more than Base Rate per night, including Bandon's Cranberry Festival and Spring Break dates for schools within driving range.
All other Fridays and Saturdays are $30 more than Base Rate per night.

A massive 3,956 square foot house with arguably the best views of the ocean on the entire Pacific coast. This house spans three and a half floors and has two separate house-width decks, a primary bedroom with it's own private sitting area, a large kitchen and a luxurious jetted tub.

This house is just minutes from Old Town and the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort.

No smoking

City rules allow no more than 3 vehicles. Overflow parking is behind Lord Bennett's Restaurant. Plan accordingly.

A maximum of 2 pets allowed in this home. All allowed pets must be dogs.

If you bring pets, you must:

pay a pet fee.
get prior approval from the property manager.
bring your pets’ own bedding.
keep your pet off the furniture, unless you bring a furniture cover.
never leave your pet unattended anywhere on the property, inside or outside the house.
make sure your pets' flea treatment is up to date.
wipe your pet down when returning from the beach before allowing it back into the house.

11% Bandon Transient Occupancy and State of Oregon Tourism tax applies.
There is a processing fee on all reservations.
A separate one time $395.00 cleaning fee applies to this vacation rental.

Cancellation policy:

Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
